Polished strives to provide 5-Star service to all our clients. When booking appointments please note that you have read and agreed to our policy and liability terms. Please review our service promise below to address any questions you may have:


Service Policy

  • We reserve the right to request a DEPOSIT  and/or FULL PAYMENT for any services in advance from guests.
  • There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for any services or products. ALL SALES & SERVICES ARE FINAL.
  • We stand behind our services and will correct any challenges we have created BEFORE LEAVING POLISHED if applicable.

Service Liability

  • All guest must discuss any allergy or reaction known to them during service consultation BEFORE ALL SERVICES. We hold NO LIABILITY to any allergy or reaction of our services whether the guests' knows of them or not.
  • Some of our services do cause some tightening or tension to or around the scalp area. If known to guests of having a sensitive scalp, please be advised to take necessary precautions before arriving for your appointment. We can only recommend selective suggestions to resolve tightening and tension issues.
  • All services are FINAL.  Any changes requested to service AFTER installation or application will be charged accordingly and additionally. All guests must approve of their own hair extensions (bundles, braid hair, and weaves,etc.)treatments, products, and tools used for services before arriving to appointment. The charge for any style removal is NOT included in the original fee and will be charged accordingly and additionally. We hold NO LIABILITY to any damage or breakage within the services provided.
  • All products and tools used to perform our services are safe and effective. We wash and sanitize all products and tools used before and after services. We hold NO LIABILITY for any outbreak or reaction caused by any of our products and tools or cleaning solutions used for them.
